On 16 December, GF completed its 100% acquisition of the Austrian plant in Traisen, cementing decades of collaboration in pipe fittings production.

The third annual GF Walk for Water, a series of global events organized by the GF Water Foundation, gathered thousands of employees and partners to raise funds for critical water and sanitation infrastructure projects.

A strategic evaluation concluded that growth opportunities can best be pursued by further adapting the company’s portfolio. Hence, GF will focus entirely on Water and Flow Solutions for Industry, Infrastructure and Buildings.
