Flow Solutions Day 2023: Neue kombinierte Geschäftsbereiche für nachhaltiges und profitables Wachstum

Wie am 13. November angekündigt, wird GF die Bereiche Industrie und Versorgung bei GF Piping Systems zusammenführen, während sich die neue Division GF Uponor auf Haustechnik fokussiert. Die Geschäftsbereiche, die sich hervorragend ergänzen, ermöglichen es, das volle Potenzial der beiden Divisionen auszuschöpfen. Beide Divisionen sind für ein nachhaltiges und profitables Wachstum gut positioniert und profitieren von den globalen Megatrends. Die organisatorischen Änderungen werden im Laufe des Jahres 2024 umgesetzt, wenn GF die vollständige Eigentümerschaft an Uponor erworben hat.

GF Piping Systems präsentiert Lösungen für die Halbleiterindustrie und deren steigenden Bedarf an qualitativ hochwertigem Wasser sowie automatisierte Durchflussregelungen für kosteneffiziente chemische Prozesse. Darüber hinaus zeigt die Division ihre Anwendungen, die zur Lösung des Problems der Wasserknappheit in städtischen Infrastrukturen beitragen, das in der Regel eine umfassende Sanierung und Leistungssteigerung der Netze erfordert.

Die neue Division GF Uponor gibt einen tiefen Einblick in energieeffiziente Heiz- und Kühllösungen in Gebäuden, die aufgrund der globalen Erwärmung deutlich stärker nachgefragt werden. Die Wasserhygiene in Gebäuden ist eine der am meisten unterschätzten Herausforderungen; GF Uponor wird eine kombinierte, intelligente Lösung präsentieren, welche die Versorgung mit sicherem und sauberem Trinkwasser an jedem Punkt der Nutzung ermöglicht.
